Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a 100% penalty of the total reservation amount.

The 100% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking.
2. Pay at the Hotel
The 5% will be charged at the time of booking and the remaining amount will be settled when making the check-in.

- In case of no-show orcancellation according to policy, the credit card provided at the time of booking will be automatically charged or refunded, depending on the case.
- Upon check-in, guests are required to show a photo ID and a valid passport. the credit cardused for full payment or as a guarantee for the reservation.
- By making your reservation, you agree that transaction feesand associated service fees are non-refundable. This means that in the event of cancellation of your reservation, these fees will not be refunded as they correspond to the services processed at the time of confirmation.
